Probably the most sustainable fish there is. Hake is sourced from either Cornwall or Scotland and is part of the cod family. They are commonly thriving at depths of more than 1,000 meters. Filleted in-house to ensure maximum freshness. It pairs well with a variety of flavours and is a great choice for any meal. It is best to pan-fry the beautiful tail-end cut portion instead of baking, as the thinner cut allows for a delicious and crispy skin.
