Pollack Fillet

Pollack is a light and delicate member of the Cod family, offering both chunkiness and deliciousness. As a truly sustainable white fish, it boasts a mild and delicate flavor with a slightly coarse texture. Its lean, moist meat is white and firm with a pleasant flakiness. Its higher oil content adds a flavourful punch compared to cod or haddock. You'll notice Pollack fillets have a creamy tan hue.

Our Pollock comes in fresh. It is headless and weighs 1.5-2kilo each. Once filleted the two fillets will weigh at least 1 kilo.
