Sourcing & Sustainablity

We are proud to be able to source many of our fish and shellfish locally, giving Island Seafood an ethical, sustainable edge. Each day we receive deliveries from the major fishing ports across the UK, including Aberdeen, Brixham, Grimsby and Peterhead. Located just a few minutes from Billingsgate Market, we are even able to source exotic and live fish ready for next day delivery.

All our fish is from well-managed fisheries, with responsible sourcing policies. Wherever possible, we encourage sustainable alternatives to help protect the marine environment and prevent overfishing or by-catch of vulnerable species.
